B has a pair of Classic Clogs from @crocs that he loves so I decided to check out their NEW location at the Denver Premium Outlets to find something that fits my aesthetic

You guys, I had no idea Crocs makes so many different styles like recovery slides, slippers, flats, platform sandals and even sneakers!

I found a cute pair of taupe sandals and had way too much fun customizing them with gold Jibbitz. They are so comfy, I can’t wait to wear these at the airport

And of course, I had to pick up a pair of mini Classic Clogs for baby girl 💕

Get ready to “fall” in love with this Apple Cider Mimosa Mocktail 🍎🍂🤎

I’ve been in my mocktail era for the past 7 months and wanted to share one of my FAVS for Fall! Save this for your next Autumn brunch

It’s sooo simple! Here’s what you need:

✨ organic apple cider
✨ NA dry prosecco
✨ brown sugar & apple pie spice
✨edible gold glitter (optional)

Rim glass with spiced sugar mix. Fill 1/3rd of champagne flute with apple cider and top with the non-alcoholic Prosecco. Add edible glitter and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick!

If you wanna get extra fancy tie a bow to your glasses and enjoy with friends or family. 🤎

If you’ve been following me for a while you’ll know this is one of my FAVORITE things we’ve been able to do ever since moving from NYC to Denver. Our backyard movie set up has gone through several iterations but now that we have the fire pit it feels extra cozy!

I had a friend over to kick off my annual Fall rewatch of the Harry Potter series and we enjoyed hot apple cider, popcorn and s’mores

Life is more beautiful when you make time for new (and old) hobbies… even the ones you’re scared of, challenge you, or you’re not very good at 💕🎨🧘🏻‍♀️

I think engaging in hobbies regularly is one of the best ways to boost your mood, tap into your inner child and strengthen your mental health

We aren’t meant to stay static and the beauty of hobbies is that some are enjoyed during different seasons and stages in life! So remember that just because you’re trying something new doesn’t mean you have to commit to it if you find it’s not for you.

The important thing is that you tried in the first place

It’s officially the first day of Fall and that means you’ll be seeing a lot more of my #cozygirlfall series (and hopefully have the weather to match it) 🤎🍂

This series is all about slowing down and savoring the season with little doses of self care, mindfulness practices and ideas that can spark a little joy

DAY 4: Take a relaxing bath

Truthfully, our bath tub is a bit on the small and very outdated side so I haven’t taken much advantage of it since moving into our home. But sometimes, there’s really nothing better than soaking in a warm tub with a fun bath bomb, candles and a cozy show or good book

The pumpkin bath bomb made it extra festive and I enjoyed my hot cocoa and popcorn with a couple episodes of Gilmore Girls 🫶🏼

✨WEEK OF WORKOUTS✨ at 26 weeks pregnant 💕

I’m entering into my final trimester this weekend and am so grateful to have been able to continue moving my body throughout this pregnancy

There are SO many benefits to staying active and my OB really emphasized that because I was already working out so often prior to pregnancy, she felt it would be best for both my baby and I to continue my routine (with modifications of course)

A few reasons why I’ve been making it a priority:

✨ helps me sleep better
✨ mood boosting
✨ strengthen muscles to adapt to my changing body
✨ help prepare my body for labor
✨ eases some of the daily discomfort
✨ speeds up post-delivery recovery

I try to aim for 4 workouts a week with walks in between but listen and honor my body whenever I need to take it easy

Some of my favorite workouts have been:

✨ Prenatal sculpt with @thesculptsociety
✨ Prenatal strength with @form
✨ @barre3 and Pilates
✨ Short spin & strength classes on @onepeloton
✨ Gentle stretches
✨ Walking outside with the pups 🐶

Keep in mind, I know every pregnancy journey is so unique and it’s totally okay if yours looks different than mine. Growing a human is hard work and we should all give ourselves grace for doing whatever we can 🫶🏼

I’ve got another #fallsmoothie recipe for you! 🤎 The warming spices of chai blend beautifully with chocolate for a delicious smoothie that tastes like dessert

SAVE this recipe for later:
✨1 frozen banana
✨1 cup strongly brewed chai tea or masala chai latte frozen into ice cubes the night before
✨1 medjool date
✨1 tbsp almond butter
✨2 tbsp Greek yogurt
✨serving of chocolate protein powder
✨ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
(Optional for stronger chai flavor: add 1/4 tsp ground ginger and 1/4 tsp ground cloves)

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Swirl glass with yogurt, pour in smoothie and top with coconut whipped topping and a heavy sprinkle of cinnamon!
