It’s almost the weekend and I don’t know about you but that typically means I’m planning a fun date night with my man! With Winter still being in full swing (we literally just experienced “Thundersnow” yesterday) my Spring attire sadly can’t make it’s debut. Thankfully there are a few fun ways to layer up and achieve a very date friendly and fun outfit for whatever you have in store.
When I came across this mesh top sprinkled with glittery stars at H&M a few weeks ago I knew I needed to have it. Not only is it super affordable but it looks so cute layered over a bodysuit and will be something that I can bust out no matter what the season.
I paired it with one of my go-to black bodysuits from Urban Outfitters which sadly is not in stock anymore. If you’re looking for something similar you can try THIS one from UO or THIS one from American Eagle.
Since it’s still freezing outside, I threw on my new favorite black coat from Zara. I bought it specifically for a black tie wedding I attended last month but it’s perfect for every day use as well. I love the faux fur detail and sleek design. It’s one of those pieces that looks 10x more expensive and lux than it actually is. I love how the whole look came together when paired with a pair of black skinny jeans and my black & white heels from Banana Republic. The white really stands out and creates more of a statement when paired with an all black outfit.
